6. Protection of User Personal Information

6.1 Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of JUMPWORK. JUMPWORK will take reasonable measures to

protect user personal information. Except as required by laws and regulations, JUMPWORK will not disclose or reveal user personal

information to third parties without user permission. JUMPWORK uses professional encryption storage and transmission methods to

protect the security of user personal information.

6.2 During the process of registering an account or using this service, you need to provide some necessary information, such as: to provide

you with account registration services or to perform user identity identification, you need to fill in your mobile phone number; for the nearby

people feature, you need to agree to use your geographical location information; the phone contact matching feature requires you to

authorize access to the phone contact list, etc. If national laws, regulations, or policies have special provisions, you need to provide true

identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you may not be able to use this service or may be restricted in the process

of use. 6.3 Under normal circumstances, you can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for security and identity

recognition reasons (such as number appeal services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification

information provided at the time of registration. If you register a new JUMPWORK account through an existing JUMPWORK account,

JUMPWORK will regard the new JUMPWORK account as having the same initial registration mobile phone number as the

aforementioned "existing JUMPWORK account".

6.4 JUMPWORK will use various security technologies and programs to establish a sound management system to protect your personal

nformation from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

6.5 Without your consent, JUMPWORK will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside of

read the "JUMPWORK Privacy Protection Guidelines" for further understanding.

7. Main Rights and Obligations

7.1 Account Usage Guidelines

7.1.1 Before using this service, you need to register an JUMPWORK account. The JUMPWORK account can be registered through

a mobile phone number or through the assistance of an existing JUMPWORK account. The JUMPWORK account will be bound to

the registered mobile phone number. After successful registration, you can bind a mobile phone number, and under the premise of complying

with the platform rules, you can change the bound mobile phone number. JUMPWORK has the right to stipulate the prerequisite

conditions, the number of accounts that can be registered, and other related matters for the auxiliary registration of a new JUMPWORK

account through an existing JUMPWORK account, as displayed on the product page.

JUMPWORK has the right to change the registration and binding methods of accounts based on user needs or product requirements.

7.1.2 The ownership of the JUMPWORK account belongs to JUMPWORK. After completing the registration procedures, users only

obtain the right to use the JUMPWORK account, and this right only belongs to the initial applicant. At the same time, the initial applicant

shall not gift, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the JUMPWORK account, nor permit non-initial applicants to use the JUMPWORK account

in any other way. Non-initial applicants may not use the JUMPWORK account through gifting, inheritance, renting, transferring, or any

other means.

7.1.3 Users are responsible for properly safeguarding their registered account information and passwords and are legally accountable for all

actions taken under the registered account and password. Users agree not to disclose account and password information to others under any

circumstances. If you suspect someone is using your account, you should immediately notify JUMPWORK. If you register a new

JUMPWORK account with the assistance of an existing JUMPWORK account, JUMPWORK may, for the purpose of ensuring your

account security, require you to use the aforementioned "existing JUMPWORK account" for related auxiliary operations, including but not

limited to auxiliary login, password recovery, account freezing, and submitting appeals. If you bind the new JUMPWORK account to a

different mobile phone number than the one associated with the aforementioned "existing JUMPWORK account," the aforementioned "

existing JUMPWORK account" will lose the ability to perform related auxiliary operations for the new JUMPWORK account, and this

action is irreversible, so you should proceed with caution.

7.1.4 When registering for an JUMPWORK account using a mobile phone number, the system will automatically assign you an

JUMPWORK ID. You can set your JUMPWORK ID and, under certain conditions, modify it according to the guidance on the relevant

function page.

7.1.5 When using specific services or features of the software client, you may be required to create or register a new account (hereinafter

referred to as a "functional account") based on your JUMPWORK account. You must follow specific requirements for operation. Unless

otherwise stated or permitted in writing by JUMPWORK, the ownership of the aforementioned account also belongs to JUMPWORK.

After creating or registering the account, the user only obtains the right to use the account, and this right also only belongs to the initial

applicant. The initial applicant shall not gift, borrow, rent, transfer, or sell the account, nor permit non-initial applicants to use the account in

any other way. Non-initial applicants may not use the account through gifting, inheritance, renting, transferring, or any other means.

7.1.6 If you do not log in to your registered JUMPWORK account or functional account for an extended period, JUMPWORK has the

right to reclaim the account to avoid resource waste. Any losses incurred as a result are the sole responsibility of the user.

7.2 User Considerations

7.2.1 You understand and agree that to provide you with effective services, this software may use your terminal device's processor and

this software and service. However, JUMPWORK cannot provide a complete guarantee, including but not limited to the following

not limited to:

7.2.5.1 Personal information loss or leakage caused by force majeure;

7.2.5.6You understand and agree that during the use of this service, you may encounter force majeure and other risk factors that may cause the

interruption of this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, and avoided and have a significant

impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, epidemics, and social events

such as wars, turmoil, and government actions.

7.3 Third-Party Products and Services

7.3.1 When using third-party products or services provided by this software, in addition to complying with this agreement, you must also

comply with the third-party's user agreement. JUMPWORK and the third party shall each bear responsibility for any disputes that may

arise within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.

7.3.2 When using this software or requesting JUMPWORK to provide specific services, this software may call third-party systems or

support users' use or access through third parties. The results of the use or access are provided by the third party (including but not limited to

services provided by third parties through the JUMPWORK public account or content accessed through the open platform), and

JUMPWORK does not guarantee the safety, accuracy, effectiveness, and other uncertain risks of services and content provided by third
